Waypoint Centre is seeking a Registered Nurse to support its Beckwith A program for a temporary full-time capacity. This unique position involves making critical assessments, developing treatment plans, and nurturing therapeutic relationships with clients. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring a protected clinical environment, and quality improvement in patient care practices.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide leadership within interdisciplinary nursing teams
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and care planning
• Develop effective therapeutic relationships with patients




• Record and evaluate patient's progress and risks
• Maintain compliance with nursing and safety standards

Requirements:
• Current RN registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and related skills
• Experience in high secure facilities preferred
• Team leadership or charge nurse experience beneficial
• Knowledge of mental health treatment modalities required
