As the Client Services Supervisor, you will lead the Customer Service/Bookings team at Campus & Community Recreation. Your leadership will be instrumental in aligning everyday operations with the strategic goals of the organization. Working with a team of full-time and casual staff, you’ll ensure that customer interactions are both skilled and efficient, enriching the overall experience for clients on South Campus.

Key Responsibilities:



• Lead and mentor team members in client services • Manage operations for 18-hour client service availability • Guarantee effective customer interaction throughout the service • Collaborate within the CCR Leadership Group for continuous improvement • Support staff in delivering high-quality client work
