This hands‑on role is ideal for someone mechanically minded, detail‑oriented, and confident working in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.What You’ll Be DoingMachine Setup & OperationSet up, changeover, and calibrate production machinery for different product requirementsOperate machinery safely and efficiently to maintain production flowMonitoring & TroubleshootingMonitor machine performance throughout the shiftIdentify and resolve minor mechanical issues quickly to minimise downtimeRoutine MaintenanceComplete routine checks and basic maintenance tasksEscalate more complex mechanical problems to the engineering teamQuality ControlCheck product quality regularly to ensure standards are metAdjust machine settings when necessary to maintain consistencyReporting & RecordkeepingAccurately document machine settings, faults, and performance dataMaintain clear, audit‑ready recordsTeam CollaborationWork closely with fellow Operators,
