As a Reliability Engineer reporting to the asset manager, you will be tasked with enhancing the reliability and safety of Aquatera’s production assets. Utilizing your knowledge of reliability engineering and maintenance optimization, you'll play a crucial role in maximizing equipment uptime and supporting lifecycle management. Collaborating with maintenance and operations teams, your work will ensure safe and efficient critical infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
• Promote a solid safety culture through inspections and audits
• Develop maintenance and reliability best practices for operational assets
• Lead root cause failure analysis (RCFA) investigations
• Support predictive maintenance and condition-monitoring programs
• Provide technical support to operations and maintenance teams
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering
• Minimum three years as a reliability engineer
• Experience with CMMS systems
• Proven RCFA investigation experience
• Knowledge of reliability engineering methodologies
