WHAT YOU WILL DO: Lead and support the nursing team.
Oversee resident care and care planning.
Ensure compliance with healthcare standards and policies.
Manage staffing, scheduling, and the nursing budget.
Promote resident safety and continuous quality improvement.
Work closely with residents, families, and the leadership team to provide excellent care.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED: Bachelor of Nursing (BScN) and current Registered Nurse (RN) registration in Manitoba.




5+ years of nursing experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role.
Experience in long-term care and knowledge of applicable regulations and standards.
Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) and other computer systems.
