In this full time, on-site role, you will be responsible for driving avionics program development and ensuring effective communication among engineering teams. Your focus will be on meeting cost, schedule, and quality targets while adhering to aerospace engineering standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead integrated teams on avionics systems development
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and technical documents
• Coordinate across engineering disciplines throughout the product lifecycle




• Facilitate customer requirement discussions and solutions
• Report on program progress and manage risks effectively

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Electronics or Computer Engineering
• Minimum 2 years' experience managing projects
• Familiarity with DO-178, DO-254, and aerospace certification
• Excellent leadership and communication abilities
