Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver individualized support for behavioral and life skills
• Collaborate on Care Plans with families and teams




• Implement structure and manage behavioral situations
• Address children's physical and emotional needs
• Maintain communication with community partners

Requirements:
• ECEA Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Valid First Aid/CPR certification necessary
• Experience with children needing extra support is a plus
• Understanding of child developmental milestones
