In this full-time role, you will assist individuals with their daily activities and personal goals. Your focus will be on promoting independence, community inclusion, and providing emotional and behavioural support. A harm reduction approach is essential, ensuring individuals live meaningful lives while participating in appointments and community events.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support individuals in daily living activities
• Provide personal care and emotional support
• Promote community inclusion and independence
• Attend appointments and community activities
• Complete documentation and follow support plans

Requirements:
• Valid Class 5 Driver's Licence
• Reliable vehicle with $2M liability insurance
• Experience in disability or mental health support preferred
• Knowledge of Harm Reduction principles
• Current First Aid/CPR certifications preferred
