The Manager for the RAI Program & Clinical Education is responsible for providing operational leadership in ensuring clinical competency and education adherence at Bethany Care Society. Key Responsibilities:
• Direct annual clinical education planning and strategy
• Monitor RAI assessment accuracy and compliance




• Lead quality assurance and RAI educational initiatives
• Supervise Clinical Educators and assessment teams
• Participate in governance activities and committees

Requirements:
• Degree in nursing or related field
• 3 to 5 years of management experience in healthcare
• Solid organizational skills and attention to detail
• Experience with analysis and quality improvement
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
