Reporting to the Director, Operational Finance, this role will deliver meaningful reporting, budgeting support, and actionable insights that help drive operational decision-making and business performance.What You’ll Be DoingPrepare and distribute weekly and monthly KPI and performance reporting for Operations and Executive LeadershipAnalyze operational and financial trends including revenue, productivity, referrals, and EBITDA performanceSupport annual budgeting, forecasting, and budget-to-actual variance analysisPartner with clinic leadership, Regional Directors,



and Vice Presidents on budget development and performance insightsBuild and maintain financial and operational reporting models in Excel and Power BICollaborate with Technology teams to improve reporting accuracy, KPI reliability, and data qualityTranslate data into clear recommendations and actionable business insightsWhat You Bring5+ years of experience in financial analysis, operational analytics, FP&A, or related analytical rolesCPA, MBA, CFA, or other professional designation considered an assetStrong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skillsAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills; Power BI experience considered an assetStrong understanding of financial and accounting conceptsAbility to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior leadershipComfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with multiple prioritiesWhy you’ll love working here:Competitive pay starting at $70,000 with final compensation based on experience, professional designation, and overall qualifications.
