The GeoFocus Group is strengthening its internal delivery and financial controls across the entire organization.We are seeking an experienced Project Accountant to work company-wide, supporting multiple active developments and construction projects across low-rise, mid-rise, and high-rise portfolios.This is a senior, hands-on role for someone who understands construction and development accounting in the real world, not just in theory.Who You Are10+ years of project accounting experience in construction and/or real estate developmentDeep understanding of job cost accounting, cost-to-complete, commitments, change management, and cash flow forecastingExperience supporting multiple concurrent projects with varying structures and delivery modelsStrong working knowledge of progress billing, holdbacks, lien legislation, and contract administration supportDetail-oriented, disciplined, and comfortable holding teams accountable to processTrusted by project managers, executives, and external partners alikeWhat You’ll DoProvide company-wide project accounting support across all active projectsMaintain accurate job cost reports, forecasts, and variance analysesTrack commitments, change orders,
