This position requires a strong foundation in clinical pharmacy and technical expertise to support the Epic Health Information System and streamline pharmacy workflows. Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and mentor the Application Support Team daily
• Organize and direct activities of support staff




• Manage escalations from end-users effectively
• Maintain expert knowledge of applications and systems
• Oversee the design of medication order entry workflows

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or equivalent
• 6-8 years of relevant experience required
• Licensed in Ontario College of Pharmacists, Part A
• Experience with clinical/business applications in healthcare
• Advanced communication and project management skills
