You will develop campaigns to promote benefits awareness and enhance employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage payroll for 500 employees across Canada and the U.S.
• Ensure accurate payroll processing on various schedules




• Lead relationships with benefits vendors for cost savings
• Oversee year-end payroll reporting and related filings
• Interpret and apply collective agreement payroll provisions

Requirements:
• Over 7 years of progressive payroll experience
• Strong knowledge of payroll legislation across key provinces
• Experience with unionized payroll environments
• Familiarity with ASO and insured benefits programs
• PCP designation required; CPM an asset
