In the capacity of Plumber & Maintenance Worker V, you will engage in installing and maintaining plumbing and gas systems critical to healthcare operations. Your trade expertise will support our commitment to providing excellent health services in a secure environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Install and repair plumbing fixtures and systems
• Conduct preventive maintenance and repairs on building installations
• Inspect and test plumbing and emergency systems
• Maintain accurate logs of maintenance activities
• Collaborate with various departments regarding projects

Requirements:
• Journeyman Plumber's Certificate and Class B Gas Fitter License
• Two years' relevant experience in the field
• Certification as a Cross Connection Control Specialist
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Physical ability to perform maintenance tasks
