Key Responsibilities The Junior Consultant will be involved in both corporate and consumer PR and marketing communications projects, which will include:
Participating in strategic planning and development of creative concepts and campaigns for our clients.
Developingand executingimpactful media relationsand social mediastrategies that deliver impact and results.
Writingcompelling communications materials for a wide range of internal and external audiences.
Planning and executing experientialand educational events.
Conducting research, measurement,monitoringand program reporting.
Managing programs and workflow in a team environment.
Providingadministrative support,ensuringtimelyandaccuratetracking ofcampaignexpenses. This includes processing expense reports,maintainingbudgets, and liaising with finance team.
Qualifications 2-3 years of proven experience in PR in Canada.




At least two years within a PR agency environment isrequired–please do not apply if you do not have this qualification.
Proven relationships with local, regional, and national media.
Exceptional writing,listeningand communication skills.
Demonstrates assertiveness and takes initiative to proactivelyidentifyand address tasks, challenges, and opportunities.
Ableto work independently.
Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
Demonstrated ability to manage and completemultipleprojectssimultaneously, sometimesunder tight deadlines.
University or college degree in a related field, such as Communications, Public Relations, Political Science, or Journalism in Canada.
