Your Team
Grain & Crop Inputs: The Grain & Crop Inputs Division connects Canadian farmers to markets across the country and beyond. With a network of grain elevators, terminals, and agri-retail locations, we provide crop inputs, agronomic solutions, and grain marketing expertise to help producers succeed.

As a Terminal Operator, the successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out the required duties involved in the movement and sampling of grain, and the overall execution of processes involved in the operations of the terminal.

Day to Day

Contributing to the movement of grain by operating equipment to load/unload shipments

Collecting and testing commodity samples

Regular terminal maintenance and housekeeping





Commitment to maintaining a safe and compliant working environment

What You’ll Bring

Must be available to work a flexible schedule with rotating shifts that include days/afternoons and nights

Must be able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions, including winter environments, and in environments subject to dust and allergens

Experience with general labour, preferably in agriculture and/or terminal operations

Experience with agricultural or heavy equipment is a plus

Proficient in basic computer operations, with the ability to quickly adapt to new software

Ability to lift heavy materials repeatedly (up to 50 lbs.)

Valid G driver’s license
