This fixed-term role involves engaging with the Te Manawa Taki workforce alliance and regional partners. You will support workforce development initiatives, manage training applications, and maintain important governance documentation. Your organizational skills and attention to detail will be crucial in this 22.5 hours per week position until 30 June 2027.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage expressions of interest for training and funding
• Coordinate access to training opportunities
• Administer claims for training-related costs
• Prepare agendas and maintain governance documentation
• Track applications and funding utilization
Requirements:
• Experience in coordination or project management
• Familiarity with the health sector preferred
• Robust organizational and detail-oriented skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Current full driver’s licence
