The Switchboard Operator will support the Manager of Registration and Switchboard in managing all telephone communications for the hospitals. This position requires excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to multi-task, and a commitment to patient service. Candidates will also need to exhibit attention to detail and accuracy as they navigate through essential clerical tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
• Answer all incoming telephone calls efficiently
• Direct calls and provide paging services
• Monitor alarms and respond to contingency codes




• Assist with visitor information and parking lot management
• Perform various clerical duties as assigned

Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent education
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Relevant office experience; switchboard experience preferred
• Ability to work all shifts, 24/7
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, typing speed of 30 wpm
