About Our Opportunity King's Printer is seeking a skilled and motivated Senior Printing Technician toprovide advanced technical expertise and operational leadership within our printproduction setting. Reporting to the Coordinator of Production, you willsupport the delivery of secure, high-quality print services to governmentdepartments while helping coordinate daily operations and workflow priorities.
Primary Accountabilities Operate and oversee digital printing, bindery, and finishing equipment toensure efficient, accurate, and high-quality production.
Coordinate daily print production workflows, prioritize work, and assigntasks to staff based on workload, deadlines, and operational requirements.
Provide technical leadership, training, and mentorship to printingtechnicians and students.
Serve as the technical escalation point for complex, confidential, orhigh-priority print projects.
Review print specifications and completed work to ensure quality, accuracy,and compliance with security requirements.
Monitor and maintain inventory levels for paper, toner, and specialty printmaterials, including forecasting requirements and coordinating purchases.
Perform administrative duties including production scheduling, job tracking,workflow monitoring, maintaining production records, preparing reports asrequired, documenting procedures, and coordinating service requests withclients and vendors.
Liaise with internal clients, suppliers,
and service providers to supportefficient production outcomes and customer service excellence.
Qualifications And Experience To be successful in this role, you will have 5 years of related experienceincluding the following:
Significant experience in digital print production and finishing operations.
Strong knowledge of print production equipment, workflows, and qualitycontrol processes.
Experience coordinating work in a production environment and providingtechnical guidance to others.
Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
The ability to manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines whilemaintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
Assets The Following Would Be Considered Assets
Experience with high-volume digital print environments.
Knowledge of print management software and workflow automation tools.
Experience working with confidential or secure print material

Salary Range $1,842.36 - $2,125.54 Bi-Weekly
