In the role of Greenhouse Supervisor, you will supervise and collaborate with the seasonal crew at St. Peter’s. This position involves hands-on responsibilities for daily plant care, including watering and fertilization. You will also monitor plant health and assist in facility transitions, ensuring a thriving greenhouse environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and supervise seasonal staff during peak operations
• Execute daily watering, fertilizing, and climate management
• Monitor plant health and report any issues promptly




• Maintain stocked and visually appealing retail displays
• Assist with fall winterization and mechanical troubleshooting

Requirements:
• 1-3 years of greenhouse, farming, or landscaping experience
• Robust leadership skills for seasonal physical labor
• Basic digital literacy for POS/Inventory software
• Valid Driver’s License and criminal record check
• Able to handle prolonged physical activity
