This Research Technician II position requires a candidate who is ready to contribute to creative agricultural projects. You will conduct field trials, manage crop growth, and perform data collection and analysis. Your hands-on work will be critical to achieving research goals while overseeing lab and field equipment operations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and plant seeds for research trials
• Monitor crop growth with irrigation and pesticide applications
• Collect yield and quality data using advanced techniques
• Assist with the development of new breeding populations
• Maintain functionality of lab and field equipment

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent with three years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of growing and managing crops
• Ability to compile and analyze data proficiently
• Multitasking and teamwork skills
• Bachelor's degree preferred, providing an advantage
