This position focuses on maintaining the academic calendar and coordinating course materials. Ideal for candidates with strong organizational skills and a commitment to diversity, you will assist with scheduling, student affairs, and technology-enhanced learning systems. Your role will be fundamental in ensuring smooth operations within the Bachelor of Midwifery and the Internationally Educated Midwives Bridging Program.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate publishing and scheduling of academic course materials
• Assist faculty in preparing syllabi and evaluations
• Support technology-enhanced learning systems and resources
• Manage clinical placement communications and logistics
• Aid in event planning and academic committee administration
Requirements:
• High School diploma and two-year post-secondary diploma
• Four years of relevant experience is essential
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Proficient with UBC databases and MS Office
• Ability to work independently and in teams
