In the 32-bed unit on 11 North, you will be responsible for the direct care of surgical patients, undertaking assessments and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. This position allows you to utilize a broad range of nursing skills while mentoring peers and supporting nursing education in a quick-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide patient and family-centered care across surgical specialties
• Evaluate patients through physical assessments




• Administer necessary medications and nursing care
• Engage in collaborative patient care meetings
• Mentor and support clinical learners in practice

Requirements:
• Registered with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Graduate from a CNO-approved Practical Nursing program
• Certification in Basic Cardiac Life Support
• Preferred 2 years of acute care experience
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
