Key Responsibilities: • Build Houdini Templates for streamlined workflows • Review artist work daily to ensure feature quality • Create character grooms including fur and hair • Define and re-evaluate grooming processes and tools • Mentor and lead a high-functioning team

Requirements: • 5+ years supervising Groom teams in animation • Expertise in modern Groom practices and methodologies • Knowledge of USD in the Grooming pipeline • Strong understanding of CG pipelines and workflows • Passion for mentoring and team development
