As a family-owned greenhouse and nursery operation, we take pride in high-quality product, strong teamwork, and a culture where people are trusted with responsibility and supported to grow.ResponsibilitiesOwn a plant quality and crop health for all assigned Container Yard and Shrub Nursery crops from propagating through shippingExecute climate, irrigation, fertility, and IPM programs to meet defined quality, yield, and readiness targetsMaintain pest and disease pressure below thresholds using IPM-first, compliant practices (including CFIA requirements)Ensure accurate pH/EC monitoring, recordkeeping, and timely corrective actions based on crop plansExecute crop plans aligned with product specifications, spacing standards, and committed ready datesForecast, order, and manage growing inputs to ensure uninterpreted productionDirect, develop,
