Your Role

As a Remote Telephone Interviewer, working from the comfort of your own home, you will be responsible for:

- Conducting surveys with members of the public
- Reading and following structured questionnaires
- Collecting responses with professionalism and neutrality
- Providing a respectful and positive experience for respondents

What We’re Looking For





- Excellent command of the English language
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable using basic computer tools
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and professional
- Able to work independently in a private, distraction-free environment

Technical Requirements

- Personal computer (laptop or desktop — tablets are not accepted)
- High-speed Internet connection
- Telephone line (mobile or landline)
- Headset compatible with your phone (not your computer) with a noise-cancelling microphone
- Private and quiet workspace

Asset

Bilingualism is not required. However, knowledge of an additional language (French, Spanish, Punjabi, etc.) may allow you to participate in even more projects across Canada.
