The Territory Sales

Representative is responsible for delivering wear solutions—including welding consumables, hardfacing alloys, thermal spray coatings, and engineered wearplate technologies to heavy industry within the province of Quebec.

Market Development: Grow wear services including fabrication, maintenance and repair (MRO), abrasion resistant plate, welding consumables, thermal spray powders/wires, and industrial coating solutions.

Strategic Collaboration: Work with Services, Product Managers, and Marketing to identify opportunities in welding, hardfacing, repair, and protective coatings.

Customer Engagement : Build solid relationships with fabrication shops, maintenance teams, welding supervisors, and reliability professionals.



Identify customer needs suited for fabrication services, maintenance, repair and overhaul of equipment, welding consumables and coating solutions.

Technical Support: Provide guidance on welding procedures, welding material selection, coating specifications, and wear‑protection designs.

Business Planning: Develop strategies to expand welding and coating product line usage. Engineering degree in Materials or Mechanical ~5–10 years industrial sales experience with fabrication, MRO, welding consumables, coatings, or wear‑management solutions. Strong understanding of maintenance/repair welding and protective coatings. mechanical aptitude; CRM proficiency.
