Top Skills Required

- Delphix Test Data Management (TDM) – Primary requirement

- Data Masking & Obfuscation of production data

- Java – Required; Python – Nice to have

- Delphix Algorithm Development or equivalent tools such as K2view / Broadcom TDM

- Solid knowledge of Test Data Management, Synthetic Data, and Self-Service

- Understanding of Data Compliance and Continuous Data

- Strong communication, leadership, and requirement clarification skills

Roles & Responsibilities

- Lead Test Data Management activities, including data masking, obfuscation, and synthetic data.

- Design and develop Delphix algorithms for secure and compliant test data.

- Develop and maintain TDM solutions using Java and, where applicable, Python.

- Manage production data while ensuring security, privacy, and regulatory compliance.

- Guide teams in TDM concepts,



self-service data provisioning, and continuous data management.

- Work with stakeholders to understand and clarify data-related requirements.

- Provide technical leadership, resolve TDM issues, and ensure effective delivery of solutions.
