In this vital position, you will work within Human Resources, reporting to the Manager of Support Services. Key Responsibilities:
• Interpret and apply Ontario Pay Equity Act policies
• Develop and implement pay equity plans with internal stakeholders




• Conduct gender-neutral wage comparisons and analyses
• Prepare reports for compliance and audits
• Collaborate with HR and union representatives on compensation decisions

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in related field
• 3–5 years of compensation analysis experience
• Familiarity with unionized environments
• Knowledge of relevant legislation
• Proficiency in HRIS and job evaluation software
