As a facilitator, you will report to the Education Programs Coordinator and deliver educational programming to participants after school hours. This role requires a passion for learning and the ability to create a supportive environment for both students and volunteer tutors across multiple locations. Your responsibilities include implementing lesson plans, engaging with children, and mentoring volunteers.

Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate math success programs for grades 5-8
• Deliver engaging educational content using lesson plans




• Mentor and support volunteer tutors effectively
• Assess participants' learning needs and adapt lessons
• Maintain skilled relationships with students and parents

Requirements:
• 2+ years in youth program development
• Enrolled in or completed a degree related to education or math
• Experience working with diverse communities
• Current First Aid/CPR certification
• Valid driver's license
