Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate Move-In/Move-Out for residents
• Provide transitional support and documentation
• Assist with sourcing resources for families
• Participate in care conferences and resolve complaints
• Lead quality improvement initiatives

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Social Work
• Registration with BC Association of Social Workers
• Flexible work schedule availability
• Ability to work independently
• Experience in residential care is an asset
