As a Social Services Coordinator, you’ll report directly to the Executive Director while providing essential support, orientation, and counseling to residents and their families. Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and evaluate social service programs effectively
• Facilitate support groups for families and residents
• Conduct bereavement counseling as needed




• Coordinate Family Council meetings with stakeholders
• Maintain communication with placement agencies

Requirements:
• Diploma in social services or related field required
• Holds current registration under the Social Work Act
• Previous experience in geriatric social services
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work respectfully and meaningfully with individuals
