Metis Crossing is seeking a Chief Operating Officer to lead daily operations and drive strategic growth in office in Smoky Lake, Alberta. The role focuses on hospitality, cultural programming, partnerships, and financial stewardship, aligned with Métis values and community engagement.
The COO will report to the CEO and Board, mentor a diverse team, manage budgets and grants, and champion Indigenous tourism, cultural integrity, and sustainable development.
