Key Responsibilities:
• Follow work instructions for quality standard compliance
• Meet and document hourly production quotas




• Operate injection machines and assembly stations efficiently
• Be cross-trained in multiple tasks and machinery
• Maintain 5S standards across all work areas

Requirements:
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Capable of lifting and performing physical tasks
• Willingness to adapt to shift changes as needed
• Ability to train new team members in absence of Leader Tech
• Understand Health and Safety guidelines
