Become a vital part of the BTN Schomberg Grow Team as a Section Grower. This full-time role requires overseeing crop production, plant health, and labor supervision with a hands-on approach.

As a Section Grower, you will combine your horticultural expertise with leadership skills to ensure high-quality crop outcomes. You will manage daily activities in your assigned crop sections while supporting BTN's container nursery operations through programs like the Braided Willow and Christmas Programs. Flexibility in your schedule is vital, especially during peak production periods.

Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and prepare for incoming plant materials
• Inspect incoming plants for quality and health
• Oversee potting activities while providing feedback




• Execute daily crop care and monitor health
• Maintain accurate inventory and crop labels

Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years horticultural education or equivalent experience
• Robust communication and supervisory skills
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks independently
• Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
• Pesticide Applicator License or ability to obtain
