Orillia Chevrolet is looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys helping customers, communicating clearly, and working in a busy dealership service department.

As a Service Advisor, you will help customers schedule appointments, review service needs, provide updates, and support a smooth service experience from check-in to pick-up.

Responsibilities

Greet service customers and manage check-ins

Schedule appointments and document customer concerns

Explain recommended maintenance and repairs clearly

Provide customer updates throughout the service process

Coordinate with technicians and the service team

Review completed work and invoices with customers

Requirements

Robust communication and customer service skills

Organized, skilled, and reliable approach

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Automotive service experience is an asset, but not required

Valid driver’s licence
