Key Responsibilities:
• Own product strategy and roadmap for assigned PPL domain
• Ensure visibility across tools, vendors, and contracts
• Translate ambiguous problems into product requirements




• Partner daily with engineering for delivery accountability
• Define KPIs and build dashboards for performance visibility

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
• 8+ years in product management with ownership of product lifecycle
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders independently
• Ability to operate in ambiguous environments
• Experience with HR technology platforms preferred
