As the Registered Practical Nurse, you will report to the Director of Care and oversee all aspects of resident care. Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate care plans based on residents' needs
• Supervise PSWs and evaluate their performance
• Conduct unit rounds to ensure high-quality care
• Address resident and family concerns swiftly
• Maintain detailed and accurate nursing records

Requirements:
• Current RPN certification in Ontario or equivalent
• Basic CPR certification is an asset
• Ability to work collaboratively with healthcare teams
• Well-developed written and verbal communication skills
• Recent TB test and transparent screening required
