As part of its Finance team, the organization is seeking aTax Analystto support Canadian tax compliance, reporting, and related tax activities.Reporting within the Finance function, this position will work closely with Accounting, Finance, and external tax advisors to ensure the organization remains compliant with Canadian federal and provincial tax requirements.This is an excellent opportunity for aCanadian tax skilled with strong corporate tax experiencewho is looking to broaden their technical exposure, take on increasing responsibility, and build a long-term career within a sophisticated organization.What you will achieve in this role:Prepare and file Canadian corporate income tax returns (T2), GST/HST returns, and other federal and provincial tax filingsSupport internal and external tax audits by preparing documentation, schedules, reconciliations, and supporting analysisAnalyze financial statements and general ledger data to identify tax adjustments, compliance requirements, and potential tax opportunitiesMonitor changes to Canadian tax legislation and assess their potential impact on the organizationMaintain accurate tax records and supporting documentation to ensure compliance with CRA requirementsSupport Canadian corporate tax compliance and reporting across multiple entitiesAssist with transfer pricing documentation and intercompany tax matters, where applicableResearch and interpret provisions of the Canadian Income Tax Act, GST/HST legislation, and provincial tax regulationsCollaborate with Finance and Accounting teams to gather financial information and resolve tax-related issuesWork with external tax advisors and auditors as requiredAssist with tax-related projects, process improvements,
