Tubi, Inc. is seeking a Performance Partner to support managers end-to-end in developing and managing their teams. The role owns the PIP process and partners with HRBPs to shape talent programs, driving manager effectiveness across the organization.
The role reports to the VP of People, is hybrid, and can be based in SF/NYC/LA/Toronto. This is an prospect to build and own a program from the ground up at a high-growth company.
