Baptist Housing is seeking a dedicated part time Resident Care Aide for its Assisted Living community. In this role, you will assist residents with daily activities, medication reminders, and personal laundry, while promoting dignity and independence. You will prioritize health and safety through effective communication with healthcare partners and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide delegated care tasks to residents
• Support residents during their move-ins
• Assist with serving meals for pleasant dining experiences




• Administer medication and document observations
• Maintain cleanliness of resident suites and common areas

Requirements:
• Resident Care Aide Certificate from a recognized provider
• Current registration with the BC Care Aide Registry
• Medication Administration Certificate or equivalent
• Current Food Safe and First Aid Certificates
• At least 1 year of care experience preferred
