Under the direction of the Mental Health and Well-Being Lead, you will serve students by providing psychoeducation groups centered on stress management and resilience. Key responsibilities also involve offering career development for staff and parents while working with diverse school teams. Your role is crucial in evaluating service impacts through data collection and implementing best practices within a multidisciplinary framework.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate psychoeducation groups for students
• Provide learning opportunities for staff and parents
• Support mental health interventions at Tier 1 and 2
• Collaborate with school teams to address student needs
• Collect and analyze data to evaluate service effects
Requirements:
• Membership with a relevant professional college
• Working towards a Master's degree in a related field
• Experience working with youth and group facilitation
• Training in ASIST or SafeTALK
• Familiarity with Google applications
