We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day accounting functions of Larry Hudson Chevrolet Buick GMC, Hudson's Listowel Kia and Uniglass Plus Listowel, with a primary focus on accounts payable administration. This role also provides administrative support, and telephone coverage as required.

Responsibilities:
Process and reconcile accounts payable invoices accurately and in a timely manner
Verify invoices, approvals, and supporting documentation
Prepare and process payments to vendors and suppliers
Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
Maintain organized and accurate financial records and filing systems
Assist with month-end accounting procedures and reporting
Complete bank deposits and other related errands as required
Provide backup telephone reception support and direct calls appropriately
Respond to accounting inquiries professionally and efficiently




Perform other administrative and accounting duties as assigned

What We're Looking For:
Business Diploma in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
Preferred: 1-2 years of experience in accounts payable or a similar accounting role
Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Proficiency with Gmail and Google Sheets
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (this may change based on the needs of the dealership)
Starting Pay: $23.00 per hour
