This position entails offering direct nursing care in a supportive, bed-based setting. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide direct nursing care in withdrawal management setting
• Conduct comprehensive client intake assessments




• Monitor and document withdrawal symptoms diligently
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members
• Support medication reconciliation and maintain EMR records

Requirements:
• Valid registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• RPN Diploma from recognized program
