Overview

As a Tim Hortons Team Member, you will play an important role in creating a positive experience for our guests. You will work as part of a team in a fast-paced restaurant environment while maintaining high standards of customer service, food safety, cleanliness, and product quality.

Duties

- Welcome guests with a friendly and positive attitude.
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare and serve coffee, beverages, sandwiches, baked goods, and other menu items according to company standards.
- Operate the cash register and process cash, debit, and credit transactions accurately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work setting.
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures.
- Restock supplies, ingredients, and restaurant products as needed.
- Assist with opening and closing duties.
- Respond professionally and courteously to customer questions and concerns.
- Work effectively with other team members during busy periods.
- Follow company policies, procedures,



and operational standards.
- Complete other restaurant duties as assigned.

Experience

- Previous restaurant or customer-service experience is an asset but not required.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Comfortable standing for extended periods and performing routine restaurant tasks.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays where required.
- Must be legally entitled to work in Canada.

Pay: From $16.75 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week
