Duties

- Greet customers warmly, listen carefully to their vehicle concerns, and accurately assess their needs for tires and automotive repairs
- Explain service recommendations clearly, highlighting options for upgrades or upselling additional services to enhance vehicle performance and safety
- Prepare detailed work orders, estimate costs, and communicate timelines effectively to customers
- Coordinate with technicians to prioritize repairs, track progress, and ensure timely completion of services
- Handle cash transactions accurately, process payments securely, and maintain detailed financial records
- Promote dealership services by identifying opportunities for upselling tires, maintenance packages, or other automotive products




- Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and foster ongoing relationships

Experience

- Previous dealership experience is highly preferred; familiarity with automotive sales processes enhances success in this role
- Hands-on mechanic or automotive repair experience provides valuable mechanical knowledge that benefits customer consultations
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly and professionally
- Proven ability to upsell products or services while maintaining integrity and customer trust
- Experience handling cash transactions accurately and managing financial records effectively
- Knowledge of automotive systems, tire brands, and repair procedures is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate
