Position Title: Time & Billing Coordinator
Position Duration: Permanent, Full Time
Annual Salary: Ranges from 50,000 to 65,000
Work Location: 855 Homer Street, Vancouver, BC (In-person position)

POSITION
D&H; Group LLP is seeking a Time & Billing Coordinator to join our growing team of professionals. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, organized individual with experience in billing, accounting support, or office administration who enjoys working with financial information, maintaining accurate records, and contributing to a collaborative team environment.
As a Time & Billing Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the firm's time and billing functions. You will be responsible for coordinating the firm's billing processes, reviewing time entries, assisting with accounts receivable and accounts payable, and maintaining accurate client and financial records. Your attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and commitment to accuracy will help ensure efficient financial operations and provide excellent service to both internal and external clients.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare, review, and process client invoices accurately and in a timely manner
- Manage accounts receivable,
including issuing invoices, processing payments, following up on outstanding balances, and responding to client billing enquiries
- Assist with accounts payable by processing supplier invoices and ensuring payments are recorded accurately and on time
- Review and maintain employee time entries to ensure accuracy and completeness for the billing process
- Set up current client records and maintain accurate client information, ensuring all records are kept up to date
- Collaborate with partners and administrative staff to support the firm's billing processes
- Handle confidential client and financial information with professionalism and discretion
- Provide general administrative support to the billing team as required
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
- Experience in billing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, accounting, bookkeeping, or administrative role
- Post-secondary education in Accounting, Bookkeeping, Business Administration, Office Administration, or a related field is considered an asset
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Experience with CCH iFirm or other practice management/accounting software is considered an asset
- Strong attention to detail with excellent accuracy and organizational skills
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize competing deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
