Responsibilities

- Install new tires and replace worn or damaged tires efficiently using hand tools and power tools
- Perform tire rotations, balancing, and alignment checks to optimize vehicle performance
- Conduct safety inspections on tires and related components, identifying potential issues early
- Assist customers by explaining tire options, maintenance needs, and recommended services with a friendly attitude
- Use mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot tire-related problems and perform minor repairs as needed
- Lift heavy tires safely and manage inventory of tire stock in accordance with safety standards




- Maintain cleanliness of work area and ensure all tools and equipment are properly stored after use

Experience ONLY NEED APPLY.

- Dealership experience or automotive repair background highly preferred
- Mechanical knowledge related to vehicle maintenance and tire systems
- Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, and automotive equipment
- Solid customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely for extended periods during tire installations and repairs
- Prior experience with automotive repair or maintenance is a plus
- Sales aptitude to recommend appropriate tire products and services to customers
