Dispatcher – Part-Time | 24/7 Towing Company

Xtreme Towing is looking for a reliable Part-time dispatcher to join our team.

Schedule:

This position requires rotating shifts every 2 weeks. You will remain on the same shift for the full 2-week period and then rotate to the next shift.

- Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Afternoon Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
- Night Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- Rotation: Days → Afternoons → Nights
- Must be available to work weekdays, weekends and holidays as scheduled

Responsibilities include:

- Dispatching tow truck drivers
- Answering incoming calls
- Communicating with customers and drivers
- Entering and updating calls in the dispatch system
- Monitoring driver locations and job status
- Handling a fast-paced workload professionally

Requirements:

- Reliable and punctual
- Strong communication and computer skills
- Able to multitask in a quick-paced environment
- Comfortable working all three rotating shifts
- Towing/dispatch experience is an asset

Important: Applicants must be available for the full rotating schedule. This is not a permanent day, afternoon, or night-shift position. Pay: $18.48-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24.0 per week
