We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Tow Truck Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a robust mechanical knowledge and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Tow Truck Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting vehicles, assisting stranded motorists, and ensuring that all services are performed in compliance with safety regulations.

Responsibilities

- Operate tow trucks and other related equipment to transport vehicles safely.
- Respond promptly to calls for roadside assistance and towing services.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients and addressing their needs.
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on towing equipment to ensure safety and functionality.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed and vehicle conditions.
- Collaborate with dispatchers to efficiently manage service requests.

Requirements





- Valid class 5 with( AIR BREAKS )driving license is required.
- Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot issues with vehicles and equipment.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle stressful situations calmly.
- Forklift operation experience is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
